Hari Raya Haji = Curry

Since going out on
Hari Raya would be a human traffic jam affair, so my sis and I stayed home to make some curry
pok. (Don like to say curry puff, a curry
pok is a curry
pok, not curry puff)
AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT!
Haha...the ingredients were so 丰富 that there was more chicken and eggs than potatoes in each one..
lol.
Okie lah, we cheated
abit, we bought puff pastry from the supermarket. Making dough from scratch is just too plain ''flour-y''.
Today being a public holiday, I also cooked dinner today to let my parents have their ''off day'' so I made dinner too. Not bad
leh, 4 dish one soup. Got two veges, black pepper chicken,
chilli sotong and
bitter gourd soup.
